These days, various external institutions provide cabin crew training programs. But as the safety procedures are unique for every airline company, it is mandatory for the flight attendants to undergo the trainings by the respective airline company for a period of 6 weeks to 6 months, depending on the country and the airline company.   • On-board birth and death emergencies
  • Managing hijack dangers
  • In-flight fire fighting
  • Handling smoke related disasters in the cabin
  • Dealing with dangerous goods and spill in the cabin
  • Depressurization techniques
  • Operating emergency systems and equipment
  • Emergency evacuation procedures
  • Emergency landings
  • Swimming (extensive training for various situations including water landing)
  • Sea, jungle, snow and desert survival skills
